Policy of Sadiepixels, Reclaims or replacements will only be issued within 10 days from the original date of purchase.
Digital Download Products
In the event that a product is found to be defective a new copy may be issued. Only if the buyer had purchased at Sadiepixels. The buyer is responsible for delete all file defectives.
Refunds will be not issued, because maybe the Buyer had copied the product or products. Because it's a digital product. There isn't warranties for the Vendor. If the buyer doesn't want to use the product, the Buyer is responsible for deleting all files associated with the product and may not re-distribute the product.
Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise, without place to reclaim.
Sadiepixels will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we can not guarantee the product will be available. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them.
All the purchases realized in our site will be show as “ANDINA REAL” in your credit stament.
Not more download files. Because my partner has stolen me money!... In the future I'll back here or another new site. All files are mine RGST.
